FALL OUT BOY! they had their rare philippine concert last year and it was awesome! i knew it was awesome because it felt so short even if the whole concert lasted long. i wanted more! i was like, “guys, you have a handful of songs, why not sing them all??” and also, i knew it was the best since i got a two and a half month aftershock. all i could talk about was it.

I’ve seen many concerts over the years. Metallica probably is one of my favorite bands to see live. Motley Crue puts on a great show as well. Along with Ozzy and alot of others.

Cold Chisel & Midnight Oil back in the days..

Bruce Springsteen was pretty unreal when I saw him a few year back & Cindy Lauper they sounded just like that did in the 80′s. (not that they are classed as a band)

snakeman11426 @ 11:46 pm

Return To Forever
Cant remember the date
Had to be late seventies , early eighties
But it was in the old Academy of Music on 14th street in Manahattan.
That was a once in a lifetime show
I dont think theyve ever played in the US since.

Queen – Freddie Mercury was pure class and knew how to get an audience going. They were awesome. On stage this guy was incredible and you just stared at him as he went through his routine. That was at the Sydney Entertainment Centre not long after it opened in the mid 80′s.
Best venue, Hyde Park, London – saw Simon and Garfunkel there, that was awesome, a gorgeous night a few drinks and great music.
Midnight Oil in the harbour at Sydney, I was among a privileged few who got to see them live on Garden Island I think it was. I was only young… Can’t top that for a venue especially with the backdrop of one of the most beautiful harbours in the world.
Or AC/DC in the old wembley arena. That place shook every time they fired the cannons, was brilliant.
I did see Jimmy Barnes in Glasgow at Chimmy Chungas (spelling?). that was a small club but it was fantastic nonetheless.

Good q… been to over 200 major label shows and countless “nobodies” but I would have to say that my favorite was either Metallica or The Beach Boys(Mike Love was 66 when I saw them and still had the voice of a 20 year old)

Me and the Heat. Check out clip Shave-Call me Al. They sound better in person.
