What is the best way to keep up with New metal Bands/Songs?

I love Black/Death/Speed/Nu/Etc. Metal but its so hard to keep up with it nowadays!
So I was wondering, what’s the best way to keep up with Metal?(Website/Blogs/etc.)

type in some of your preferred bands on myspace, usually they have their top friends which play similar music to their style, which will expand the number of bands you know about. myspace is the easiest, although pandora.com is a good followup site.
