Get Free Music CDs by Trading

With the high cost of living you may not have a lot of money left over for compact discs. You may pay a lot more money if you try to get your music for free by downloading it illegally. You can just send out your old CDs and then get discs that you’ve always wanted or have never heard of before.

There are a lot of reasons why you may want to get free music cds, you may not be able to play mp3′s in your car. Swapping sites give you the opportunity to explore music that you’d otherwise be unable to afford. You can trade discs with other users and even make friends.

One of the main concerns of packaging CDs is how to get your music across the country safely. You may have to replace broken items out of your own wallet or you’ll receive negative feedback; at the very least you’ll be out the cost of postage. Invest in padded envelopes for added protection or sandwich a disk between cardboard.

You can avoid scams by doing research to find legitimate cd swapping sites so you don’t mail out your discs and get nothing in return. A popular way that these companies run is through the use of credits; you can choose a new item whenever you’ve given one to someone else. A few trading sites will hook you up with users that you can trade straight across with but you might not get as many trades this way.

You can still swap cds online even if you aren’t computer savvy. Swapping may even turn into your favorite past time. All you have to do is post both the items that you want to trade and the CDs you would like to own. Some sites run on a first come first serve basis where you put something on a wish list and then you are notified when it’s your turn, this system is used mainly by sites that use credits. Other trading sites use a computerized system that will match you up with other users.
