Favorite Movie Flicks
In the past you had to go to a store if you wanted to rent or buy a movie. High speed internet access has now made it possible to download movies right off a movie download site. Just about any movie every made can be attained through a movie download site now. Check out these samples.
Framed: Railroaded to prison, Baker pledges reprisal on the corrupt cops who set him there. The author, controller, and megastar of Strolling TALL, old hands at this sort of action melodrama, make the most of the circumstance. Cast includes Joe Don Baker, Conny Van Dyke, Gabriel Dell, John Marley, Brock Peters, and Roy Jenson. (106 minutes, 1975)
Batman Begins: This batman adventure chronicles just how batman becomes batman. Starting with his fear of bats, which led to a tragedy that results in the death of his parents. Blaming himself he aimlessly wanders the world, finally training in the ninja arts a criminal element. Finally he returns to Gotham city to use his ninja skills to fight crime, and protect the citizens of the great metropolis.
Harry Potter And The Goblet Of Fire: With the exciting Tri-wizard Tournament coming up, Harry Potter is surprisingly selected to compete in the events. Just before the competition, someone is murdered on the Hogwart grounds. Harry will soon be confronted by true evil.
Danton: Proficient, soaking up, knowing tirade of Danton, Robespierre, and the Reign of Fear following the French Rebellion. This is a radiant film, with apparent resemblances to modern-day partisan circumstance in Poland. Depardieu is extraordinary in the title role. Cast includes Gerard Depardieu, Wojciech Pszoniak, Patrice Chereau, Angela Winkler, and Boguslaw Linda. (136 minutes, 1982)
Unlawful Entry: Michael and Karen Carr have had a chilling experience. Someone broke into their house, and tried to rob them. When Officer Pete Davis shows up to help, out he seems like a godsend. In the days to come they find officer Davis might be their worst nightmare.
I Love My Wife: The sort of comedy for which the word “automobile” was created. Infrequently ludicrous journal of Gould’s lifelong sensual hang-ups agonizes from ignorant script, bland direction. Cast includes Elliott Gould, Brenda Vaccaro, Life saver Tompkins, Dabney Coleman, and Joan Tompkins. (95 minutes, 1970)
They Were Expendable: One of the finest and most underrated of all WW2 films, based on the real tale of America’s PT boat battalion in the Philippines throughout the early nights of the battle. Moving, exquisitely detailed production photographed by Joseph August under Ford’s unique hand, with genuine-life Naval Officer Montgomery. Cast includes Robert Montgomery, John Wayne, Donna Reed, Jack Holt, Ward Bond, Leon Ames, Jack Pennick, and Tom Tyler. (135 minutes, 1945)
Kind Lady: Scary little chiller in regards to a ladylike older female Barrymore who is victimized by a charmer. Evans takes over her home-and her life. Wynn is specifically powerful as a thug and butler. Co-scripted by Edward Chodorov and based on his play; Cast includes Ethel Barrymore, Maurice Evans, Angela Lansbury, Betsy Blair, Keenan Wynn, John Williams, and Doris Lloyd. (78 minutes, 1951)
Above the Law: This is Steven Segal’s breakout movie. He plays a Chicago Police man who takes matters into his own hands. As the title implies, he is ‘above the law’. He uses his large body and martial arts skills to wreak havoc on the bad guys. Stars include Steven Segal, Pam Grier, and Sharon Stone. (1988 Action)
