Best band to see live?

Best bands to see live
joe p asked:

Not just musically, but visually and good band/crowd energy. I saw Tool last year and the show was amazing. Last week I saw Linkin Park and it just blew me away! Anyone else have awesome live show experiences to share?

Wolfmother was absolutely amazing. Everyone’s shouting ‘One More Song!’ They came back out and the lead singer Andrew Stockdale said this, “We could do three more but if you only want one…”

I have yet to experience it myself, but word of mouth has the obscurely awesome gypsy punk band Gogol Bordello being absolutely AMAZING live.

I really wanna see them.

New Found Glory & Paramore mos def
don’t see T-Pain, boring!
The Presidents of the United States of America are pretty cool to watch I guess.
Tegan and Sara are funny to listen to, they banter onstage, and when they accidentally mess up onstage they make up new lyrics haha. their music is great and they’re funny

um i haven’t been to many concerts myself, but my sister is a true concert-goer and so i’m saying from her that her favorite concert experience ever was her first one, green day. *i’m still mad that my mom didn’t let me come too!!!*

watching bullet in a bible (the closest i’ve gotten to actually going to a green day concert), there was so much energy, adn you could really tell that the band was having fun, and loved what they were doing.

the one real concert i’ve ever gone to, evanescence was also really good live. it’s good to know that amy lee really CAN sing, when so many people just lipsynch on stage nowadays.

cheers

The Barenaked Ladies are one of the most entertaining bands to see live. I’ve seen them many times…never disappointed. Their concert videos don’t do them justice.

Tool was an incredible experience in Michigan… I need them to tour again! Maynard amazes me everytime.

Usually a lot of metal bands such as Iron Maiden put on elaborate visual shows. However, since im not really into that style, I’d have to say the Falming Lips. Which other abnd would have their lead singer roll over the crowd in a giant plastic bubble?
