Well it all depends on what type of music you like, but for me, panic at the disco is terrible, so is fall out boy, and dashboard confessional and augustana are among the best performers live.

so i have heard panic! at the disco live.. goodness. its just not that great :/
also, flyleaf live isn’t so great because the band completely overshadows the singer.

paramore is fantastic live, sounds pretty much the same as before.

worst – panic! at the disco and flyleaf
best – paramore

Shadowlord @ 7:11 am

ok well your question is kinda vague but my best band i have seen live was Bleeding Through, they were amazing

the worst i wuld say is maybe…Cancer Bats??? they were opening during the No Fear tour and they ****** but then again i dont think i wuld like them regardless if it was live or not…there was once when i saw Antagonist live and it wasnt so much them but the bands who opened for them were kinda bad (they were all unsigned).
ive seen live videos of Disturbed and i dont find them too great live even tho id still like to see em live (if that counts)

I would say the band “Drowning Pool” was the worst thing I’ve ever seen live. I saw them at a festival in Indy and it was AWEFUL!

The best band I’ve seen live was Incubus. The vocals were flawless and they weren’t being morons like many other bands I’ve seen. They seemed dignified because they had a good stage presence, kept the talking to a minimum and showed gratefulness to the crowd. It was impressive to see their humility combined with the most excellent music I’ve heard live.

Oddly enough, I saw both these concerts the same day at the same festival…I only stayed the whole time for Incubus though, and I ended up going to see Incubus four more times as a result.

I took my cousin to a Slipknot concert & they were very medicore. I hated not being able to see their faces as it makes the concert less personal. They also didn’t really interact with the crowd. It was mostly, “HEY AUSTRALIA! HOWS IT ROCKING?” (we were in New Zealand)…

I’m not a fan so maybe I’m a bit biased. But sheesh, how could you play a full concert with masks on? Their faces were probably melted off by the end. Lol.

Mr. W [RIP Mitch Mitchell] @ 12:11 pm

The Smashing Pumpkins are incredible live. Extremely energetic, flawlessly executed, and lots of jamming going on. Billy Corgan is extremely funny between songs.

Three Days Grace is terrible live. Passionless vocals, sub-par music, and an extremely boring stage presence added to their already mediocre music.

michaeljones8129@att.net @ 6:57 pm

five finger death punch, rob zombie, and tool were awesome live.

ozzy osbourne is horrible live now. his voice cracks and he needs lots of breaks. he is still the blizzard and i warship him but he ***** live now.

but i think five finger death punch was the best concert i have ever seen. the lead singer is hyper and a little psychotic but starts some kickass mosh pits.

♥Jacob rocks♥ @ 5:04 am

okay, I’ve never seen them, but I’ve seen videos, and the one band I really, REALLY wish I could have seen live is Led Zeppelin. And Pink Floyd, just because I love them.
The Who are (were?) amazing live. Pete Townshend (all of them) really know how to rock. And smash guitars.
Franz Ferdinand ***** live.

Lady Death @ 9:16 am

Heaven and Hell probably has the best live show I have ever seen. The music was flawless and Dio just blew me away. I never thought such a little man could have such a powerful presence, especially in such a big venue. Plus he’s still an amazing singer after all these years. Next time I’m coughing up the 50-100 dollars a ticket to be in the pit right in front of the stage.

Job For A Cowboy is terrible live. I listened to a couple of their songs before I went to the show so I would know what to expect (I was going to see Behemoth and Job For A Cowboy was headlining). Behemoth was great. They played an hour long set, got the crowd into it, spewed blood everywhere, and it was amazing. Then Job For A Cowboy came up. They played for 20 minutes, if that, and every song sounded exactly the same. Not the mention the quality was terrible, timing was off, each and every one of the band kept making really funny faces (not the usual metal face, they made a constipated face) and the singer didn’t get the crowd involved. They’re horrible.

In short, Heaven and Hell is amazing, Job For A Cowboy should become a studio band.

Forever the Sickest Kids and Cobra Starship are both extremely good live.
Jonathon (FTSK) and Gabe (Cobra) are both fantastic performers and have great voices too. they bring a lot of energy to their concerts.

worst? id say Jonas Brothers. Nick is pretty good, but Joe? a dying cat sounds better.

January 15, 2009

Angels and Airwaves were not as good as I thought live. Cobra Starship has good high energy and so do We The Kings and Metro Station.

Jackal @ 6:45 am

Not to take anything away from Guns N Roses they were a great band,But i Went to one of their concerts They were the opening act for Aerosmith back when they came out with Appetite for destruction. They wasn’t as good as i thought they would be.Axl’s voice sounded like someone raking their finger nails across a chalkboard,It was horrible.

But the best one i ever seen was,Kiss With Ted Nugent As opening act.I never been to a Kiss concert and people told me if i went to see Kiss it would be an experience and it definitely was.And The “Nuge” I seen him play multiple times And each time was more tense than the last.
